Shipping Policy

Our products are shipped with the utmost of care. Usually they will be shipped on the next business day, unless your delivery area falls outside of the delivery time frame set by Australia Post Express. If there is not sufficient time for your parcel to be received within the 2/3 night limit, we will wait until the following Monday to ship your order. This is to preserve the integrity of the products and to make sure you receive them in excellent condition.

Products are sent in temperature sensitive packaging.

You will be allocated tracking information and it is your responsibility to make sure you are either home to receive the order or that you pick the order up from your nearest post office if you were not home and were left a parcel pickup card.
